Jerry Agbemabiese is Founder and CEO of UtilSolar. Jerry's qualifications and experience include: MSc. Management Information Systems, Brunel University; 5 years as free-lance consultant with specialization in Business Strategy and Project Management; and 4 years work as Director of Credit Unions responsible for Business Strategy, Project Management and Marketing at LBH.
Donna Darkwa is Business Development and Finance Manager. She has an MSc in Money Banking and Finance, Birmingham University, and brings to UtilSolar 5 years experience as Customer Service officer Finance with NatWest Bank, UK.
Divine Akwensivie is Marketing Manager. He holds a PhD in Marketing from Brayer State University, US, and has 3 years marketing experience with Iceland UK.

Professor Jo Darkwa
Professor Jo Darkwa is the Director of the Centre for Sustainable Energy Technologies (CSET) and the Head of Division of Sustainable Development at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo China. Professor Darkwa held a personal Chair in Sustainable Energy Systems at the Nottingham Trent University and was also the Head of the Applied Energy and Environmental Engineering Research Group before joining the University of Nottingham. He is a Chartered Energy Engineer with considerable years of industrial and academic research experience and holds a Doctorate Degree in Applied Energy from the Cranfield University, UK. Professor Darkwa is one of the world's leading experts in neuron composite phase change and thermochemical energy storage systems for buildings and industrial processes. His other research interests are in the areas of sustainable energy technologies, energy in buildings, integrated environmental energy management, environmental audit, thermal modelling, water management, waste and material management, biofuels, green transport technologies, air pollution, renewable energy systems, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning and building services engineering. Prof. Darkwa is an editorial member of the Open Journal of Mechanical Engineering and a referee for other engineering Journals such as Journal of Power and Energy for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Applied Thermal Engineering, Solar Energy Engineering Journal, Journal of Applied Energy, International Journal for Energy Research and the Building Services Research Technology. He has published widely in refereed journals and conferences papers and also been involved in number of major research/consultancy contracts in excess of 4.5million pound sterlings for the UK Government, EU and the private sectors. He has given a number of keynote addresses and chaired several sessions at the International Energy Conversion Engineering Conferences (IECEC 2002-2007), Annexe 10, Advanced Thermal Energy Storage in Phase Change Materials, International Energy Agency (IEA)- (2001-2005), First International Energy 2030 Conference, Abu Dhabi, (2006). He is an energy expert member of theEuropean Union (EU) Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). In 2004, he was honoured by the Terrestrial Energy Systems Technical Committee of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) as a Distinguished International Energy Research Coordinator in recognition of his contribution towards International Energy Conversion Engineering activities and in 2007 received another prestigious award for Technical Excellence in energy conversion engineering systems from the AIAA
Robert Nartey holds a BSc. & MSc. degree in structural engineering from the Technische Universitat, Dresden-Germany, as well as a combined degree Program awarding a Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning) with a Masters in Business Informatics (MBI), from Rotterdam School of Management, Rotterdam, Holland and the Business School of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. Robert has over fifteen years working experience as business development manager, corporate financier, independent consultant and investment adviser for well established corporations and institutions in Ghana and Europe. His expertise spans the areas of: business development, project financing & management, corporate & financial restructuring and management information systems. He until recently worked as the Country Manager for HSBC in Ghana, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Liberia. He has also worked for companies like: The CDH Group (Investment Bankers), Accra, Cal Merchant Bank, Empretec Ghana, Dow Chemicals (the Benelux), Span Consultants (Holland), Volta Aluminium Company (VALCO, Tema), Volta River Authority (Accra) and Billiton Bogosu Gold (Bogosu), Gbewaa Civil Engineers Limited (engineering & consulting company, Accra).
Gideon Agbemabiese is a banker with specialization in corporate relationship banking, treasury management, mortgage financing and development banking. He has headed several departments during his banking career including Director of Banking Operations of the National Investment Bank.He holds MSc Econs (Industrial Planning) from the Kuban State University, Russia and MA Econs (Money and Finance) from Kagawa University, Japan and Certificate in Project Analysis and Management from Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute, USA. He brings to the Board over 20 years experience in Banking, Corporate Management, Planning and Implementation of Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Feasibility Studies Preparation, Investment Analysis, Financial Analysis, Macroeconomic Policy Development and Analysis, Products Development and Marketing as well as Corporate Restructuring.
